Client Charter
We pledge to our clients that we will:
-
Attend to customers/clients at the service Counter within five minutes.
- Approve the usage of auditorium room, meeting room and interview room will be known within three days after the booking date.
- Inform the successful candidate and recruit the staff (drivers, general office assistant and general workers) within four months after the closing date of the advertisement.
- Notify the applicant intended to dwell the Federal government quarters within seven days upon receipt of the application.
- Respond to the occupant’s complaint within three days upon receipt of the notification to resolve the minor repairs of federal government quarters.
- Ascertain the damages and proceed the minor repair within three days upon receipt of complaint.
- Pay the supplier/contractor within fourteen days from the date receipt of bill/invoice provided that all relevant documents duly furnished.
