The Sarawak Federal Secretary Office is responsible for:

• Strengthening relations between the Federal Government and the Sarawak Government.
• Managing Federal Buildings and Federal Quarters in Sarawak.
• Coordinating and monitoring Federal Buildings and Quarters projects.
• Facilitate the Implementation of Development Projects in the State of Sarawak together with the Sarawak State Government.
• Coordinating quality and productivity improvement programs for Federal Departments in Sarawak.
• Coordinating official visit programs for dignitaries, ministers, and VIPs from Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah to Sarawak.
